MOVE WITH PURPOSE: PILATES FOR ENDOMETRIOSIS AWARENESS MONTH

‘Move with Purpose: Pilates for Endometriosis Awareness Month’ Empowers Women Through Education, Movement and Connection

Perth, Australia – 14 March 2026

Move with Purpose: Pilates for Endometriosis Awareness Month brought together women from across the Perth community for a powerful morning of education, empowerment, and connection in recognition of Endometriosis Awareness Month.

The event featured a lineup of expert speakers, focused on women’s health and endometriosis care, including Women’s Health Physiotherapist Rebekah Taylor,(Physio73), Endometriosis Dietitian, Christy-Lee Austin-Hore(Christy-Lee Nutrition), Claire, founder of Ilo Wellness, Psychotherapist & Holistic Counsellor Molly Finch (Mind Habitat), and Caitlin Rogers CEO of Endometriosis WA. Each speaker shared valuable insights, practical strategies, and personal perspectives to support those living with endometriosis and related conditions.

Attendees participated in an endometriosis-friendly Pilates session led by Pilates with Tash, designed to support gentle, mindful movement tailored to the needs of individuals managing chronic pain and pelvic health conditions.

The morning continued with a vibrant community atmosphere, featuring nourishing food and refreshments provided by Crunchbox, Peko Peko, and Pressed Earth.

Guests also enjoyed a curated selection of pop-up shops, including Ilo Wellness, Easy Heats, and The Little Aroma Shop, offering products aligned with wellness and self-care.

Beyond education and movement, the event created space for meaningful connection, giving attendees the opportunity to engage directly with speakers, local businesses, and advocacy organisations, while fostering a sense of shared understanding and support.

Move with Purpose highlighted the importance of accessible education, community support, and holistic wellbeing in improving the lives of those affected by endometriosis. I hope to continue growing this initiative and bringing greater awareness to women’s health issues through future events.

Thank you to all attendees, donors, local businesses, and health professionals whose contributions, expertise, and generosity were instrumental in bringing the event to life.
